Our History

B2B Technologies was founded in 2003 with a primary focus on the installation of business phone systems and low voltage cabling. We became an NEC dealer right out of the gate, which gave us the opportunity to install and service NEC telephone systems in the Chicago metro area. Within a few years, we moved into our West Chicago, IL office space where we have been ever since.

As VoIP systems evolved and became more prominent, we have embraced these advancements and evolved our service offering accordingly. We continuously evaluate the newest products and systems on the market to provide our clients with the best combination of feature functionality and system reliability.

As we grew, our clients started looking for technology support in other areas of their business. In 2012, we launched our IT Support Division. We now provide IT Consulting, Server Hosting, Hosted Exchange, Remote Infrastructure Monitoring and Maintenance, Backup and Disaster Recovery, Applications Management, Cyber Security Solutions, and US-based 24/7 help desk services.

In 2018, we expanded to the Nashville market. We now offer our full suite of services to the Chicago metro area and Nashville area.

Our Leadership

Guy Bradley

Owner and Founder

Guy has been in the telecom industry since 1993. He worked for several local and national telecommunications providers over the years where he recognized a need in the market for a closer level of care and a higher level of customer service that other providers just weren’t able to meet.

He founded B2B Technologies in 2003 with a mission to provide full spectrum telecom support from design and installation to maintenance and support. Guy has led B2B Technologies through the evolution of business trends and the fast pace of technology changes with a focus on helping clients meet their communication needs.

Paul Clayton

General Manager

Paul joined B2B Technologies in 2019 with over 30 years of experience in the technology and communications industries. He brings a wealth of telecommunications knowledge and expertise managing large divisions and entire companies.
